submitted by Jordan R. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live. — Professional staff. Nice people. Cool neighborhood. Clean building. Nice bathroom. Good microwave. I like the bog windows. I like the roof top patio. They really do everything they can. Downsides are no A C, and a small fridge.

I had a beautiful studio unit, the staff was always attentive and friendly, and I was never bothered for anything. Besides the folks who like to do doughnuts once in a while on the street at night on 47th and Division, this place was great I also loved the fact that I could walk to great food, grocery, and gas within 5 minutes of every direction.

submitted by Brittney B. - |Recommended: YesA beautiful place to call home — The East-facing view of the cute neighborhood and Mt. Tabor from my bedroom is beautiful. I often pour a glass of wine and watch the sky turn dark. The features in my apartment feel luxurious, the staff smile and wave at me as I pass their office window, sound does not easily transfer between rooms, popular SE Portland destinations are a short walk away, and I felt at home here the second I walked in. Definitely a great option for a young adult or couple

submitted by Jessica P. - |Recommended: YesOverall a good place to live — Pros great location, good layout, clean, secure building, easy to request maintenance pay rent, apartments seem well insulated from sound. Cons no a c and only 1 window opens unless you live in a corner unit , no balconies, and the appliances are truly terrible. I've been here 4 months and have had my microwave replaced, my oven fixed, my garbage disposal fixed twice, and my washer is currently broken with a whole load of wet clothes stuck inside . Overall - I would recommend, with the caveat that their appliances need a real upgrade.

submitted by Karla K. - |Recommended: YesOverall I had a wonderful experience at Division street lofts — There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance, which made living here so convenient, in addition to that the leasing staff was always attentive and responded to my questions either the same day or in less than 24 hours, maintenance was always on time as well. I loved living here and know anyone would as well
submitted by Jayden S. - |Recommended: YesFirst Place — It is a nice first place to live in. I feel safe inside my building and in my apartment. I do not ever worry about appliances breaking or not working. Everything is very updated and I enjoy living at the lofts.
